Intensive “crash” driving courses in Heywood

Crash driving courses can be booked by our intensive driving school anywhere in Heywood.
Lessons are arranged in a manual or automatic car, with dual-controls, and including a practical test, with a theory test, too, if required.

Heywood intensive courses enable you to learn to drive in just one or two weeks, with 3 to 8 hours of driving lessons each day booked over a small number of days.
A practical test is usually booked for the end of the week, and qualified local driving instructors provide the tuition.

We offer free online theory training, (if you haven't already passed it), which has over 2,500 mock questions and 135 hazard perception video clips to help you prepare for the theory test. We can even provide a quick “lessons-only” course if you have already booked your own practical driving test.

A long delay for tests at your local test centres might mean that you should think about a residential courses.
fastPass Intensives are available throughout the UK and some centres have less than a 2 week wait, and although we would make these extra arrangements for you, the cost of getting to that area and the overnight accommodation whilst you take the course would be an extra cost.
(Extras like these are not included in the price we charge in our Course Calculator.)

To help you decide the appropriate course for your needs we have created the Intensive Course Calculator.
The Calculator will tell you the dates and exact prices for the Heywood area, so you can choose the course that’s right for you.
Your course details will only be confirmed once you have booked up and paid for the course, depending on the course chosen your personal dates, times and duration will be arranged through the office.
This might help you estimate what you need:

  • “Total beginner” course is 40+ hours over 1 or 2 weeks
  • “Novice driver” course is 30 to 40 hours over 1 or 2 weeks
  • “Intermediate learner” course is 25 to 30 hours over 1 or 2 weeks
  • “Experienced learner” course is 15 to 20 hours over 3 to 5 days
