At Fast pass intensive driving school we provide crash courses in driving in and around the Cwmbran area.
We can generally arrange courses that can be done in either a manual or automatic vehicle, being conducted in the instructor’s dual controlled car, and including a practical test and a theory if needed.
In Cwmbran we can arrange a course of 5 days for about 3 - 4 hours a day and the number of days that the course will be booked over will be agreed when you make your booking. Your driving instructor will then prepare you for your Practical test, which is normally arranged for the last day of the course.
Even if you still need to pass the theory test, our intensive driving school makes free online theory help with over 2,500 mock questions and 135 hazard perception clips available to you, to help you pass. If you’ve got a practical test date of your own, we can simply organise the lessons if that’s what you want.
Our fastPass residential course may suit you best if you have already passed your theory test and need to take your driving test quickly even if there is a long waiting period at you local test centre!
If you are willing to travel we are able to book tests within 14 days in some parts of the country and we’ll make the necessary arrangements for you, although any additional cost for travel and accommodation will need to be met by you.
(All extra charges for travel or accommodation will need to be added to any course charge provided on this site)
To help you decide the appropriate course for your needs we have created the Intensive Course Calculator.
The Calculator will tell you the dates and exact prices for the Cwmbran area, so you can choose the course that’s right for you.
Your course details will only be confirmed once you have booked up and paid for the course, depending on the course chosen your personal dates, times and duration will be arranged through the office.
This might help you estimate what you need:
- “Total beginner” course is 40+ hours over 1 or 2 weeks
- “Novice driver” course is 30 to 40 hours over 1 or 2 weeks
- “Intermediate learner” course is 25 to 30 hours over 1 or 2 weeks
- “Experienced learner” course is 15 to 20 hours over 3 to 5 days
- “Recently failed” course is 10 hours over 2 or 3 days
If you want to, once our Calculator process has recommended a choice of courses for you, you’ll be able to select a course online by paying a small deposit, or you can book by telephoning us weekdays between 8 and 8, or Saturdays between 9 and 5.
