In Chigwell we can arrange a course of 5 days for about 3 - 4 hours a day and the number of days that the course will be booked over will be agreed when you make your booking. Your driving instructor will then prepare you for your Practical test, which is normally arranged for the last day of the course.

Even if you haven’t yet passed your theory test, this can be organised as part of your course, and we offer free online theory tests with thousands of questions and hundreds of video clips to help you pass. If you’ve booked your own test, fastPass, can arrange local lessons up to that test date for you.

If your local test centre has an unacceptable wait for new tests and you’ve got a theory certificate pass number, we are able to offer you a residential course to get a quicker test.
Sometimes a course and a test can be set up in two weeks, and we can organise travel and accommodation if you want us to.
(Travel and accommodations will be charged for separately and must be added to our course quotation.)

Once you've decided on a course, the actual start dates and times will be confirmed by our staff once a deposit has been made.
Here is a guide:

• A Total beginner might want 40+ hours over 1 or 2 weeks
• A Novice could take 30 to 40 hours over 1 or 2 weeks
• An Intermediate learner should have 25 to 30 hours over 1 or 2 weeks
• An Experienced learner could take 15 to 20 hours over 3 to 5 days
• A Recently failed pupil might find 10 hours over 2 or 3 days is enough
